Bequests

You can make a gift to Safe Harbor Support through your will or a codicil to your will. This is called a bequest. You can bequeath a specific amount of money, a percentage of your estate, or specific property. A bequest enables you to make a legacy gift to Safe Harbor Support, while retaining full control of your assets throughout your life and can reduce estate taxes.

To include a bequest to Safe Harbor Support in your will, we suggest this simple statement:

I give, devise, and bequeath to Safe Harbor Support, Inc. at P.O. Box 854 Gilbert, Arizona 85299-0854, the sum of ____ dollars (or ____% of my residual estate, otherwise describe the gift) for the general purposes and uses of the Foundation at the discretion of the Board of Directors.
